We used to be Hippo's Vape and Smoke. The sign is changing to Hippies. The address, the people behind the counter, and the point of the place are the same.
This is a Waco shop, not a chain with a script. People come in for a disposable, a bottle of juice, a replacement coil, or because they want someone to tell them what will actually last the week.
